1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CopySafe ("the App"), developed and operated by Global Reach Retailers LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CopySafe is a clipboard manager application for iOS and macOS that captures, organizes, and syncs clipboard content across your devices. The App provides content detection, smart actions, encrypted LAN sync, and developer tools.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

CopySafe offers both free and paid (Pro) tiers:

• Free: Core features including 10-clip history, content detection, smart actions, encrypted sync, keyboard extension, and developer actions.
• Pro (iOS): Purchased through Apple App Store as a subscription ($4.99/month or $34.99/year). Managed by Apple's subscription terms.
• Pro (macOS): Purchased through Paddle as a subscription ($4.99/month or $34.99/year). Managed by Paddle's terms as Merchant of Record.

Both platforms offer a 21-day free trial for Pro features.

4. Privacy and Data

Your clipboard data is stored locally on your device. When using Bonjour LAN Sync, data is transmitted directly between your devices over your local network using AES-256-GCM encryption. No clipboard data is sent to our servers or any third-party cloud service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Redistribute or resell the App or any part of it
• Circumvent any security or licensing mechanisms

6. Intellectual Property

CopySafe, its logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of Global Reach Retailers LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
